When you create your registry in a Babies"R"Us/Toys"R"Us/Geoffrey store you have the option to make your registry available online. If you choose NOT to make it available online, your registry will not be accessible at Babiesrus.com/Amazon.com Baby store, but will still be accessible in any Babies"R"Us/Toys"R"Us/Geoffrey store location.
If you answered "Yes" to the question "Would you like your registry to be available online at www.babiesrus.com?" on the in store registration form, your registry will be available at Babiesrus.com/Amazon.com in our Baby Registry area within 24 hours from creation in our stores.* Friends and family can access your registry by clicking on the "Baby Registry button and typing in your name or registry number in the Search area.
If you wish to update your registry online, you will need to activate your Baby Registry.

Your registry will be available online within 24 hours from creation in our stores.* You can go to www.babiesrus.com click on the "Baby Registry" button and type either your name or registry number in the search box to locate your registry. You can also narrow your search by state. When you find your name in the search results, click on this link to view your Baby Registry. Your registry cannot be updated until you have gone through the activation process.
If you want to make updates to your Baby Registry (add items, delete items, update personal information such as an address or phone number) you will need to activate your registry first. Activation is a one-time process done to protect the security of your registry. You should have received an e-mail with instructions for activating your online registry. Please check your e-mail now or visit our Help department for more information or if you did not receive this e-mail. Once you've activated your registry, you can make future updates simply clicking on the Baby Registry button and entering your user name and password.
If you do not want to make your Baby Registry available online, you may make it available only in a Babies"R"Us/Toys"R"Us/Geoffrey store at any time by visiting your local store or contacting us at 1-888-222-9787.
Items purchased off of a registry will be reflected online within 24 hours. (If you notice that a purchase has not be reflected online within 24 hours, please notify us by calling 1-888-222-9787 and we will mark the item as purchased for you.)
While the majority of items on a Baby Registry are available for purchase online, not all products available in land based Babies "R" Us Stores are sold online at this time. There are several reasons for the difference in product selection. Below is a brief description of some of these differences.
Apparel: Selling apparel online requires handling for both size and color. We are planning to offer this functionality in the future, but currently we do not sell most apparel online. We do carry a selection of layette on our site, but it is a smaller selection than you will find in the retail stores.
Smaller, low-priced items: Items below a certain price point are not offered online because the shipping costs for these items often exceed their retail price.
Furniture: UPS has size limitations that prohibit us from shipping furniture through their carriers. We are able to offer some furniture delivery through alternate means, and we are working to expand the selection of furniture that can be delivered to your home.
Bundles: Some items that are sold as individual units in our land based stores are sold online as bundles. For example, Diaper Genie refills can be purchased as single units in our stores, but these refills are only sold as a 3-pack bundle online. We offer bundles online to reduce your shipping expenses.
To offer you the widest selection of products possible, we carry additional products and styles on our website that may not be sold in our land based stores. These products are marked on our website with a sticker that states "Only available online."
We apologize but at this time, stored value cards can only be used in anyone of the "R" Us land based store locations. We are planning to accept stored value cards online in the future and will notify you when we change this policy.
Due to financial restrictions, we are currently unable to convert online gift certificates to in-store cards.
Items purchased or received as gifts from Babiesrus.com or our Baby Registry can easily be returned, either to Amazon.com via the online Returns Center or to a Babies"R"Us store near you. Please note, however, that only items designated on the packing slip or online summary as "Sold by Babiesrus.com LLC" are eligible to be returned to a Babies"R"Us store. Also note that if you decide to return an item to a Babies"R"Us store, the Babies"R"Us return policy (rather than Amazon.com's) will apply.
Note that any items not purchased from Babiesrus.com LLC (including baby-related items, such as toys, books, music, video, etc., purchased from Amazon.com) can only be returned to Amazon.com and cannot be returned to a Babies"R"Us store.
Please note: Toys "R" Us land based stores do not accept returns of items purchased off of Babiesrus.com.
